Practice Manager

Karen is the Practice Manager, but also is the smiling face at the reception desk and the friendly voice answering the phones. Karen is the first person to contact if you have an inquiry regarding any issue. From fees to dates for surgery, Karen will be able to answer your questions. And if Karen doesn't know, she will find out for you and get back to you.

When it comes to getting everything organised before surgery, Karen will make sure your experience is as smooth and low-stress as possible.

Everything you need to do will be clearly written down for you and she will make most of the phone calls and save you a lot of running around.

Dy does the accounts and does a fabulous job: she loves to get the job done very thoroughly. Dy knows all the ways to make sure the patients get the most out of their Medicare and Health Insurance claims.

Dy also answers phone enquiries and mans the reception desk sometimes.

Dy has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for years.
